混凝土浇筑前，首先对模板内的杂物安排专人进行清理，然后用空压机对模板上的灰尘吹风及高压水泵用水冲洗模板内表面（灰尘及其他杂物从排水孔吹走），并用吸尘器将杂物清理干净。自检合格后报请监理工程师按照设计图纸核对钢筋布置，检查结构断面尺寸误差是否符合规定，模板接缝情况及表面平整光洁度。对U型槽内模支架体系进行全面安全检查，重点对支架的剪力撑设置数量、上下顶托的旋紧情况，确保支架体系安装牢固安全。以上情况逐项检查、验收，合格后方可进行混凝土浇筑。
