1. 根据季节温度的不同，钢模具养护的方法也是不同的。在春夏温度比较高的季节，每天可以脱两次模，因为钢模具和塑料模具不同的是密封性不是太好，所以水分很容易流失，如果是制砖机生产出来的水泥制品，则需要隔断时间洒一次水，以防干燥引起爆裂，钢模具生产出来的制品则不用。秋冬季节温度较低，适合每天脱一次模，如果天气太寒冷，需要把模具放置在室内养护，以防冻裂，损坏模具，影响下次使用。

2. 脱模后的U型槽模具应及时处理干净，将模具内外都清理干净防止水泥凝固后，粘在内侧，减少模具的使用寿命。
